DGR Energy was born from the successful struggles in the labour commissioning of solar photovoltaic plants as Darsh Energy Solution (2019) and Greentech Solar (2016), the combined and much-improved version of us has emerged as DarshGreentech Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd hence DGR Energy Pvt Ltd; right now we are offering a single stop solution for all solar PV related quarries, as EPC. DGR Energy Pvt. Ltd. works in the area of quality installation and commissioning of Solar Projects, Trading of all solar equipment, Operation and Maintenance and light to medium fabrication works.

We are offering our services from residential roof top projects to industrial and from internal wirings to external heavy wiring solutions. Over the time we have developed well qualified and trained teams for any scale of work.

Today the world is facing the problem of Coal Shortage, the reserves of India is of the biggest concern. With the limited alternatives to face the current energy crisis, solar is our best hope, as it has the least carbon foot print.

HARDIK RAVAL

Co-founder & DIRECTOR

Mr. Hardik Raval is the Director and has co-founded this company and has experienced different fields before founding this company. His journey started after receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Sankalchand Patel College of Engineering as a Junior Engineer in the field of metal rolling mills in Shah Alloys, and Shah Foils. And later decided to upgrade his knowledge and completed his Master’s degree in Power Systems from Government Engineering College, Bhuj. He also has off-field experience in the noble profession of teaching in engineering college as an Assistant Professor in all the formats of the engineering field. The next chapter of his journey was and is in the field of solar rooftop, he founded Darsh Energy Solutions in 2019 and scaled it in a very short time.

Though in the teaching field, he always chooses calculative and practical subjects. This is the base reason for his fondness for solving practical hurdles in the execution of the fieldwork. He has taken the actual work execution and project planning under his wing in day-to-day operations at DGR. In addition, his vision for expanding the field to grow as a company in the field is outstanding. He doesn’t believe in wasting time on any kind of work however big or small.

KRUNAL PATEL

Co-founder & DIRECTOR

Mr. Krunal Patel is the Director and has co-founded this company, but his journey in this field started in 2016. Soon after graduating with a B Tech in Electrical Engineering from Charotar University of Science and Technology, Changa, Anand, he started exploring the technical field as Service Engineer and later in the solar field as a manufacturing supervisor in Waaree, Sachin, Surat. He hit his next milestone in the year 2013 when he qualified for GATE and secured admission to L. D. Engineering College, Ahmedabad the next year. He started his expedition in the field of Solar after having a Master’s degree in Power Systems, from ground level as an I & C contractor to establishing Greentech Solar in the year 2016, and proved himself in the field after various EPC projects.

His micromanagement skills are unparalleled, especially in managing P&L, hence the purchase and trading department is directly under his expertise. His communication skills are also very balanced for a director, which makes him comfortable in some crucial conditions and decision-making opportunities. His futuristic vision for the company is always firm grounded and he believes in calculated risk strategy. He thrives on progressive development on both professional and personal levels.

Sumit Patel

CEO & Marketing Head

Mr. Sumit Patel is the CEO and Marketing Head of the company. He has recently joined the team in 2021 end. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from L C Institute of Technology, Bhandu, and started his career in the teaching field as a lecturer in 2012. For further up-gradation, he achieved a Master’s degree in Power Systems from MEC, Basna, and continued his career in the same field till late 2018. For the next couple of years, he explored the automobiles field and lately joined DGR Energy Pvt Ltd.

Other than marketing, he is also involved in project designing and sales projections with its execution. He works closely with the administration department and he also plays an active role in designing and maintaining the social media platforms of the company.

Dr. Jaimin Raval

CFO
(BDS)

Dr. Jaimin Raval is the CFO and shareholder of the company. Coming from a totally different background, he has secured the degree of BDS from K. M. Shah Dental College, Baroda in 2010. Currently, he is practicing as a chief Dentist at Ami Dental House, thaltej, Ahmedabad since 2011.

His path crossed with DGR Energy Pvt Ltd in early 2021, he immediately got impressed with the clarity and vision of both the directors and decided to join as a financer. His curiosity about books and figures of the business as CFO is keen and keeps it under check.

Jigar Shukla

EXECUTIVE MANAGER (HO, Mehsana)
(B E Electrical)

He completed his bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from MEC, Basna in the year 2015. His career started as the Principle of NGES ITI, Patan from 2016 to 2019. His interest in the technical field dragged him to the solar field and joined DGR Energy Pvt Ltd in its early days.

Soon after joining, he took the administrative responsibilities of the Head Office on his shoulders. Currently, he manages all the day-to-day inquiries and client follow-ups and closely coordinated with the accounts department. He also shares the responsibility of expanding dealer appointments for local networking, Site visits, and related service calls.

Parth Thakor

OPERATIONAL HEAD
(B E Electronics and communications)

He secured his bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication from S P Institute of Technology, Piludara in the year 2014. In addition, he enrolled in a training program at Vector India Pvt Ltd, Bangalore with modules: C Language, Linux, C++, Microcontroller 8051, TCP/IP in 2015. His career started as a software developer at NANOSOFT, Gandhinagar in the year 2015. Later he joined GRE ELECTRONICS Pvt Ltd as Project Coordinator in 2018. He got recruited to DGR Energy in Dec 2020 directly by the directors.

As operational head, he currently looks after site supervision and also the eminent liaisoning works. He has grown with us by proving his leadership skills in the field too. In addition, he is also involved in important aspects of dealer handling and company expansion policy designing.
